Daily Maintenance of Quick Connector for Gas Cylinder Filling

GripSeal Gas Filling ConnectorsLong-term use for fast filling of compressed gas and air tightness testing of compressed gas cylinders requires regular maintenance to provide a better connection for each filling. The following maintenance guidelines apply to all filling connectors in GripSeal. Please do not remove the connectors at will by non-professionals.

* It is recommended that the operator perform daily, weekly and regular inspections of the connector. Inspections should include joint wear, body damage, airtightness, ease of operation, adequate lubrication, wear, dirt accumulation and damage.(See maintenance checklist)

* suggest the mainOAt least each ring seal2000Replace once at a time. It is recommended to visually inspect the surface of the sealing ring every day. If you see tears or cracks, you need to replace it with a new one.ORing, some applications require more frequent replacement of seals.

* For connectors with top cores, it is recommended to check whether the top core is normal and whether there is bending deformation before use every day. If the bending is damaged, please contact the manufacturer to buy the original accessories for replacement.

* It is recommended to check the safety ring regularly. If the screw is found to be loose, please tighten it properly. Be careful not to tighten the screw too tightly. * It is recommended to check the safety lock every day and use itLift ring type gas filling connectorThe safety lock will automatically lock when the safety ring is released. Only after the connector is unpressed can the lock be pressed to unlock. Do not try to disconnect the connector without unpressing, which may cause damage to the connector or personal property safety issues.
